The Elderly Care Support Program is a community-driven initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents around Nueva Vizcaya. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by seniors, the program seeks to provide essential support services that promote independence, social engagement, and overall well-being.

Our mission is to create a compassionate and supportive environment for the elderly, fostering community connections and ensuring that seniors receive the care and companionship they deserve.

Objectives

  • Reduce Isolation: Connect elderly individuals with volunteers and fellow community members to combat loneliness and foster meaningful relationships. 
  • Provide Practical Assistance: Offer services such as transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and household support. 
  • Promote Healthy Living: Organize workshops and activities focused on health, wellness, and social engagement to empower seniors to lead active and fulfilling lives.

Located in the remote mountain region of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, Pawak School serves approximately one hundred young and aspiring students from K-1 to K-6. Many of these children come from families that rely on farming and livestock, and they go to great lengths to receive their elementary education. They help their parents tend to their livestock before walking kilometers along dirt and treacherous trails to reach the school. Due to its remote location, the school lacks access to basic necessities and funding. Your generous donation will be used to procure essential school supplies such as chalk, pencils, scissors, paper, and medical kits.
